Intergroup reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on January 22, 2013.
In 2012, four Intergroup executives received on average a compensation package of $576K, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
John V. Winfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 71% compared to 2011. 33% of Winfield's compensation, or $522K, was in salary. Winfield also received $510K in option awards, $375K in stock awards, as well as $173K in other compensation.
David C. Gonzalez, Vice President Real Estate, received a compensation package of $262K, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $192K, was in salary.
Michael G. Zybala, General Counsel, earned $260K in 2012, a 60% increase compared to previous year.
David T. Nguyen, Treasurer and Controller, received $200K in 2012, which increases by 11% compared to 2011.
Intergroup's fiscal year ends on June 30.
