International Money Express reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 6, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at International Money Express received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Lisy, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which decreased by 21% compared to 2017. 62% of Lisy's compensation, or $1.6M, was in bonus. Lisy also received $295K in non-equity incentive plan, $627K in salary, as well as $84K in other compensation.
Randall D. Nilsen, Chief Sales Officer, received a compensation package of $1M, which increased by 102% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $696K, was in bonus.
Tony Lauro II, Chief Financial Officer, earned $508K in 2018.
