International Money Express reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 13, 2022.
In 2021, four executives at International Money Express received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 201% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Lisy, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 283% compared to 2020. 50% of Lisy's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Lisy also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $4.4K in other compensation.
