Invacare reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 7, 2011.
In 2010, five Invacare executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.

A. Malachi Mixon, III, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2009. 29% of Mixon's compensation, or $1.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mixon also received $33K in bonus, $664K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $781K in option awards, $1.1M in salary, $687K in stock awards, as well as $174K in other compensation.
Gerald B. Blouch, President and Chief Excecutive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $857K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Louis F.J. Slangen, Senior Vice President - Corporate Marketing and Chief Product Officer, earned $1.4M in 2010, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Robert K. Gudbranson, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2010, which decreases by 6% compared to 2009.
Joseph B. Richey, II, President - Invacare Technologies and Senior Vice President - Electronics and Design Engineering, earned $1.2M in 2010, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
