Keysight CEO Ronald Nersesian's 2018 pay rises 14% to $10M

Keysight reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on February 1, 2019.
In 2018, five Keysight executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.

Ronald S. Nersesian, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2017. 69% of Nersesian's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Nersesian also received $116K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $996K in salary, as well as $38K in other compensation.
Soon Chai Gooi, Senior Vice President, President - Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, received a compensation package of $3.5M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Neil Dougherty, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2018, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Jay Alexander, Chief Technology Officer, received $2.6M in 2018, which increases by 26% compared to 2017.
Stephen D. Williams, General Counsel, earned $2.2M in 2018.
Keysight's fiscal year ends on October 31.
