Kroger reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on May 12, 2020.
In 2018, six Kroger executives received on average a compensation package of $6M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
W. Rodney McMullen, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2017. 41.54% of McMullen's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards.
