Landec reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 22, 2018.
In 2018, five Landec executives received on average a compensation package of $801K, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Molly A. Hemmeter, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 46% compared to 2017. 41% of Hemmeter's compensation, or $525K, was in salary. Gregory S. Skinner, Chief Financial Officer, earned $729K in 2018, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Ronald L. Midyett, Chief Operating Officer, received $580K in 2018, which decreases by 3% compared to 2017.
Steven P. Bitler, Vice President of Corporate Technology, earned $372K in 2018, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Landec's fiscal year ends on May 26.
