LGI Homes reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five LGI Homes executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Lipar, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2017. 46% of Lipar's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Lipar also received $1.4M in bonus, $825K in salary, as well as $46K in other compensation.
Michael Snider, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $963K, was in stock awards.
Charles Merdian, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Jack Lipar, Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, received $766K in 2018, which increases by 7% compared to 2017.
Rachel Eaton, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $749K in 2018, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
