LRAD reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 25, 2019.
In 2018, two LRAD executives received on average a compensation package of $442.6K, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Richard S. Danforth, Chief Executive Officer, received $587.5K in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2017. 60.43% of Danforth's compensation, or $355K, was in salary. Danforth also received $219K in bonus and $13.5K in other compensation.
Dennis D. Klahn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $297.7K, which increased by 236% compared to previous year. 69.19% of the compensation package, or $206K, was in salary.
