MAXIMUS reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 26, 2022.
In 2021, six MAXIMUS executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.

Bruce L. Caswell, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2020. 59% of Caswell's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Caswell also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $754K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Richard J. Nadeau, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Ilene R. Baylinson, GM U.S. Services, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas D. Romeo, GM U.S. Federal Services, received $2.1M in 2021, which increases by 9% compared to 2020.
David R. Francis, General Counsel, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Michelle Link, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.5M in 2021.
MAXIMUS' fiscal year ends on September 30.
