Merus N.V. reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, three Merus N.V. executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Sven Bill Ante Lundberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 49% compared to 2020. 87% of Lundberg's compensation, or $6.6M, was in option awards. Lundberg also received $400K in non-equity incentive plan, $582K in salary, as well as $8.7K in other compensation.
Peter Silverman, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 40% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in option awards.
Hui Liu, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer, Head of Merus US, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
