Microvision reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on August 4, 2009.
In 2008, five executives at Microvision received on average a compensation package of $480K, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Alexander Y. Tokman, Chief Executive Officer, received $914K in total, which decreased by 26% compared to 2007. 38% of Tokman's compensation, or $347K, was in salary. Tokman also received $140K in non-equity incentive plan, $278K in option awards, $142K in stock awards, as well as $6.9K in other compensation.
Thomas M. Walker, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $418K, which decreased by 32% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $228K, was in salary.
Jeff T. Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $374K in 2008, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Sridhar Madhavan, Vice President Engineering, received $366K in 2008, which decreases by 33% compared to 2007.
Ian D. Brown, Vice President Sales and Marketing, earned $327K in 2008, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
