MYOMO reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 26, 2024.
In 2023, three MYOMO executives received on average a compensation package of $540K, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Paul Gudonis, Chief Executive Officer, received $664K in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2022. 45% of Gudonis' compensation, or $300K, was in salary. Gudonis also received $212K in non-equity incentive plan, $137K in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
David A. Henry, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $479K, which increased by 31% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $251K, was in salary.
Harry Kovelman, Chief Medical Officer, earned $478K in 2023, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
