MYR Group reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on March 7, 2013.
In 2012, six MYR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
William A. Koertner, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.1M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2011. 29% of Koertner's compensation, or $615K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Koertner also received $300K in option awards, $568K in salary, $600K in stock awards, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Paul J. Evans, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M. 28% of the compensation package, or $299K, was in salary.
Richard S. Swartz, Jr, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1M in 2012, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
William H. Green, Senior Vice President, received $901K in 2012, which decreases by 4% compared to 2011.
Gerald B. Engen, Jr, Chief Legal Officer, earned $896K in 2012, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Marco A. Martinez, Chief Financial Officer, received $356K in 2012, which decreases by 50% compared to 2011.
