MYR Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 5, 2020.
In 2019, five MYR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Richard S. Swartz, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 42% of Swartz's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Swartz also received $855K in non-equity incentive plan, $681K in salary, as well as $35K in other compensation.
Betty R. Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $550K, was in stock awards.
Tod M. Cooper, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
William F. Fry, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.3M in 2019.
Jeffrey J. Waneka, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
