Netflix reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 23, 2019.
In 2018, six Netflix executives received on average a compensation package of $16.5M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.

Reed Hastings, Chief Executive Officer, received $36.1M in total, which increased by 48% compared to 2017. 98.06% of Hastings' compensation, or $35.4M, was in option awards. Hastings also received $700K in salary.
