News Corp reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 5, 2022.
In 2022, four News Corp executives received on average a compensation package of $9.6M, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.

Robert J. Thomson, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2021. 41% of Thomson's compensation, or $8.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Thomson also received $3.1M in salary, $8M in stock awards, as well as $440K in other compensation.
Susan Panuccio, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.3M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $3.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
K. Rupert Murdoch, Chairman, earned $6.5M in 2022, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
David B. Pitofsky, General Counsel, received $5M in 2022, which increases by 6% compared to 2021.
