NIC reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on March 27, 2009.
In 2008, four NIC executives received on average a compensation package of $790K, a 69% increase compared to previous year.
Harry H. Herington, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 131% compared to 2007. 52% of Herington's compensation, or $631K, was in stock awards. Herington also received $169K in non-equity incentive plan, $375K in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Stephen M. Kovzan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 240% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $738K, was in stock awards.
William F. Bradley, Jr, Chief Operating Officer, earned $693K in 2008, a 97% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffery S. Fraser, Chief Executive Officer, received $114K in 2008, which decreases by 83% compared to 2007.
