NIC reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 26, 2010.
In 2009, four NIC executives received on average a compensation package of $884K, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Harry H. Herington, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2008. 38% of Herington's compensation, or $477K, was in stock awards. Herington also received $50K in bonus, $232K in non-equity incentive plan, $380K in salary, as well as $107K in other compensation.
Stephen M. Kovzan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $772K, which decreased by 32% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $260K, was in salary.
William F. Bradley, Jr, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $767K in 2009, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Robert W. Knapp, Chief Operating Officer, received $750K in 2009.
