Northwestern reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 7, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Northwestern received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Robert C. Rowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2017. 51% of Rowe's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Rowe also received $35K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $857K in non-equity incentive plan, $625K in salary, as well as $47K in other compensation.
Brian B. Bird, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $532K, was in stock awards.
Heather H. Grahame, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Curtis T. Pohl, Vice President - Distribution, received $740K in 2018, which increases by 4% compared to 2017.
Bobbi L. Schroeppel, Vice President - Customer Care, Communications and HR, earned $654K in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
