Northwestern reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 7, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at Northwestern received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Robert C. Rowe, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2020. 55% of Rowe's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Rowe also received $77K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $717K in non-equity incentive plan, $674K in salary, as well as $70K in other compensation.
Brian B. Bird, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $850K, was in stock awards.
Heather H. Grahame, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2021, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Crystal D. Lail, Chief Financial Officer, received $1M in 2021.
Curtis T. Pohl, Vice President - Distribution, earned $763K in 2021, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Bobbi L. Schroeppel, Vice President - Customer Care, Communications and HR, received $709K in 2021, which increases by 3% compared to 2020.
