Novavax reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 16, 2009.
In 2008, five Novavax executives received on average a compensation package of $412K, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.

Rahul Singhvi, Sc.D, Chief Executive Officer, received $673K in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2007. 60% of ScD's compensation, or $406K, was in salary. ScD also received $263K in option awards and $3.8K in other compensation.
Penny M. Heaton, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $416K, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $285K, was in salary.
Len Stigliano, Chief Financial Officer, earned $343K in 2008, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
Raymond J. Hage, Former SVP of Commercial Operations, received $338K in 2008, which decreases by 33% compared to 2007.
James Robinson, Former VP of Technical & Quality Control Operations, earned $292K in 2008, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
