Novavax reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 30, 2013.
In 2012, five Novavax executives received on average a compensation package of $645K, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.

Russell P. Wilson, SVP, Business Development, earned $432K in 2012, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
