NovoCure reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, five NovoCure executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NovoCure
Wilhelmus Groenhuysen, Chief Operating Officer, received $6.4M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2020. 60% of Groenhuysen's compensation, or $3.8M, was in stock awards. Groenhuysen also received $1.9M in option awards, $615K in salary, as well as $24K in other compensation.

Asaf Danziger, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 87% decrease compared to previous year.
