Nukkleus reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on September 30, 2024.
In 2023, two Nukkleus executives received on average a compensation package of $277K, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Jamal "Jamie" Khurshid, Chief Executive Officer, received $533K in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2022. 52% of Khurshid's compensation, or $276K, was in option awards. Khurshid also received $257K in salary.
Emil Assentato, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $20K, which is the same as previous year. 100% of the compensation package, or $20K, was in salary.
Nukkleus' fiscal year ends on September 30.
