NVE reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on June 30, 2011.
In 2011, two NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $276K, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NVE
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $371K in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2010. 67% of Baker's compensation, or $250K, was in salary. Baker also received $109K in non-equity incentive plan and $12K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $182K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 82% of the compensation package, or $150K, was in salary.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
