NVE reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 22, 2020.
In 2020, three NVE executives received on average a compensation package of $292K, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NVE
Daniel A. Baker, Chief Executive Officer, received $450K in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2019. 80% of Baker's compensation, or $359K, was in salary. Baker also received $78K in non-equity incentive plan and $13K in other compensation.
Curt A. Reynders, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $234K, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $207K, was in salary.
Peter G. Eames, Vice President, Advanced Technology, earned $192K in 2020, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
NVE's fiscal year ends on March 31.
