Origin Bancorp reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 9, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Origin Bancorp received on average a compensation package of $855K, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Drake Mills, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2018. 51% of Mills' compensation, or $836K, was in salary. Mills also received $339K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $425K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $47K in other compensation.
M. Lance Hall, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $827K, which decreased by 24% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $500K, was in salary.
Stephen Brolly, Chief Financial Officer, earned $770K in 2019, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Cary Davis, Executive Risk Officer, received $579K in 2019.
F. Ronnie Myrick, Chairman, earned $449K in 2019, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
