In 2019, three Otonomy executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
David A. Weber, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 60% compared to 2018. 59% of Weber's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Weber also received $328K in bonus, $546K in salary, as well as $1.7K in other compensation.
Paul E. Cayer, Chief Financial and Business Officer, received a compensation package of $914K, which decreased by 47% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $395K, was in salary.
Robert Michael Savel, II, Chief Technical Officer, earned $818K in 2019, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
