PBF Energy reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 8, 2019.
In 2018, five PBF Energy executives received on average a compensation package of $8.3M, a 63% increase compared to previous year.

Thomas J. Nimbley, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 77% compared to 2017. 33% of Nimbley's compensation, or $5.2M, was in stock awards. Nimbley also received $4M in bonus, $543K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $4.3M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $213K in other compensation.
Matthew C. Lucey, President, received a compensation package of $7.3M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
C. Erik Young, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.4M in 2018, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas O'Connor, SVP, Commercial, received $6.1M in 2018, which increases by 49% compared to 2017.
T. Paul Davis, President Western Region, earned $6M in 2018, a 83% increase compared to previous year.
