PBF Energy reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 8, 2021.
In 2020, four PBF Energy executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.

Thomas O'Connor, SVP, Commercial, received $1.9M in 2020, which decreases by 48% compared to 2019.
