Perceptron reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on October 7, 2009.
In 2009, four Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $239K, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Harry T. Rittenour, Chief Executive Officer, received $279K in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2008. 83% of Rittenour's compensation, or $233K, was in salary. Rittenour also received $27K in option awards and $20K in other compensation.
Mark S. Hoefing, Senior Vice President, Industrial Business Unit, received a compensation package of $246K, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 88% of the compensation package, or $217K, was in salary.
John H. Lowry III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $218K in 2009, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul J. Eckhoff, Senior Vice President, Commercial Products Business Unit, received $210K in 2009, which increases by 1% compared to 2008.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
