Perceptron reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on October 7, 2010.
In 2010, four Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $223K, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Harry T. Rittenour, Chief Executive Officer, received $306K in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2009. 96% of Rittenour's compensation, or $294K, was in salary. Rittenour also received $12K in other compensation.
Mark S. Hoefing, Senior Vice President, Industrial Business Unit, received a compensation package of $228K, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 95% of the compensation package, or $216K, was in salary.
John H. Lowry III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $201K in 2010, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard Price, Senior Vice President, Commercial Products Business Unit, received $156K in 2010.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
