Perceptron reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on October 6, 2011.
In 2011, four Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $268K, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Harry T. Rittenour, Chief Executive Officer, received $351K in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2010. 90% of Rittenour's compensation, or $316K, was in salary. Rittenour also received $32K in non-equity incentive plan and $3.7K in other compensation.
Mark S. Hoefing, Senior Vice President, Industrial Business Unit, received a compensation package of $270K, which increased by 19% compared to previous year. 82% of the compensation package, or $222K, was in salary.
John H. Lowry III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $237K in 2011, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Richard Price, Senior Vice President, Commercial Products Business Unit, received $214K in 2011, which increases by 37% compared to 2010.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
