Perceptron reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on October 5, 2012.
In 2012, three Perceptron executives received on average a compensation package of $325K, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Harry T. Rittenour, Chief Executive Officer, received $450K in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2011. 78% of Rittenour's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Rittenour also received $93K in option awards and $7.6K in other compensation.
Mark S. Hoefing, Senior Vice President, received a compensation package of $288K, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 79% of the compensation package, or $228K, was in salary.
John H. Lowry III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $236K in 2012, which is about the same as previous year.
Perceptron's fiscal year ends on June 30.
