Piedmont Lithium reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 30, 2021.
In 2021, three executives at Piedmont Lithium received on average a compensation package of $849K, a 94% increase compared to previous year.
Keith Phillips, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which increased by 150% compared to 2020. 38% of Phillips' compensation, or $523K, was in option awards. Phillips also received $173K in non-equity incentive plan, $281K in salary, $328K in stock awards, as well as $64K in other compensation.
Patrick Brindle, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, received a compensation package of $724K, which increased by 80% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $228K, was in salary.
Lamont Leatherman, Vice President and Chief Geologist, earned $456K in 2021, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Piedmont Lithium's fiscal year ends on June 30.
