Planet Fitness reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 19, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Planet Fitness received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher Rondeau, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2017. 32% of Rondeau's compensation, or $1.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Rondeau also received $1.1M in option awards, $700K in salary, $1M in stock awards, as well as $183K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $20,896 at Planet Fitness. Therefore, the ratio of Christopher Rondeau's pay to the median employee pay was 209 to one.
Dorvin Lively, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which increased by 41% compared to previous year. 27% of the compensation package, or $672K, was in other compensation.
Roger Chacko, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2M in 2018.
Craig Miller, Chief Digital and Information Officer, received $801K in 2018, which increases by 83% compared to 2017.
Rob Sopkin, Former Chief Development Officer, earned $297K in 2018, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
