Potlatch reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 29, 2019.
In 2018, six Potlatch executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael J. Covey, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2017. 45% of Covey's compensation, or $2.2M, was in stock awards. Covey also received $229K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $863K in salary, as well as $107K in other compensation.
Eric J. Cremers, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $804K, was in stock awards.
Jerald W. Richards, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Temple, Vice President, Wood Products, received $1.1M in 2018, which decreases by 3% compared to 2017.
Darin R. Ball, Vice President, Resource, earned $949K in 2018, a 101% increase compared to previous year.
Lorrie D. Scott, General Counsel, received $931K in 2018, which decreases by 7% compared to 2017.
