Powell Industries reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 6, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Powell Industries received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Brett A. Cope, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2019. 41% of Cope's compensation, or $962K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Cope also received $25K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $510K in salary, $780K in stock awards, as well as $54K in other compensation.
Michael W. Metcalf, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $375K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Milburn E. Honeycutt, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $680K in 2020, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
