Procyon reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 9, 2020.
In 2020, three Procyon executives received on average a compensation package of $215K, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Procyon
Justice W. Anderson, Chief Executive Officer, received $270K in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 90% of Anderson's compensation, or $242K, was in salary. Anderson also received $27K in non-equity incentive plan.
George O Borak, Vice President Of Sales AMERX, received a compensation package of $192K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $172K, was in salary.
James B. Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $183K in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Procyon's fiscal year ends on June 30.
