Redfin reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2020.
In 2019, six Redfin executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Christian Taubman, chief product officer, received $1.9M in total. 85% of Taubman's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Taubman also received $200K in bonus, $15K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $66K in salary.
Adam Wiener, chief growth officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 34% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Bridget Frey, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.8M in 2019, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Nielsen, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.6M in 2019, which increases by 3% compared to 2018.
Scott Nagel, president of real estate operations, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Glenn Kelman, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in 2019, which increases by 333% compared to 2018.
