Redfin reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 29, 2021.
In 2020, five Redfin executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.

Adam Wiener, chief growth officer, received $2.1M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2019. 81% of Wiener's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Wiener also received $477 in bonus and $396K in salary.
Bridget Frey, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Chris Nielsen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2020, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Scott Nagel, president of real estate operations, received $1.7M in 2020, which increases by 3% compared to 2019.
Glenn Kelman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $64K in 2020, a 94% decrease compared to previous year.
