RGC Resources reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 3, 2020.
In 2020, four executives at RGC Resources received on average a compensation package of $742K, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul W. Nester, Chief Executive Officer, received $993K in total, which increased by 34% compared to 2019. 38% of Nester's compensation, or $375K, was in salary. John S. D'Orazio, Chief Executive Officer, received $474K in 2020, which decreases by 68% compared to 2019.
