RMR Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 23, 2019.

In 2018, four RMR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.

Jennifer B. Clark, General Counsel, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2017. 57.82% of Clark's compensation, or $2.7M, was in bonus. Clark also received $300K in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $127.9K in other compensation.

Adam D. Portnoy, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 66.51% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in bonus.

Mark L. Kleifges, Executive Vice President, earned $3.3M in 2018.

Barry M. Portnoy, Managing Director, received $2.7M in 2018, which decreases by 20% compared to 2017.

RMR Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
