Rumble reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 24, 2024.
In 2023, three Rumble executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 60% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Rumble
Chris Pavlovski, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which decreased by 75% compared to 2022. 47% of Pavlovski's compensation, or $1.9M, was in option awards. Pavlovski also received $504K in bonus, $1M in salary, $625K in stock awards, as well as $9.4K in other compensation.
Michael Ellis, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 106% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $750K, was in option awards.
Tyler Hughes, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.6M in 2023, a 66% increase compared to previous year.
