Semtech reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2021, five Semtech executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.

Emeka N. Chukwu, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2020. 67% of Chukwu's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Chukwu also received $269K in non-equity incentive plan, $410K in salary, as well as $50K in other compensation.

Mohan R. Maheswaran, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 94% decrease compared to previous year.
