Shiloh Industries reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 17, 2019.
In 2018, four executives at Shiloh Industries received on average a compensation package of $985K, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Ramzi Y. Hermiz, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 49% of Hermiz's compensation, or $1.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Hermiz also received $875K in salary, $400K in stock awards, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Jay Potter, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $500K, which decreased by 34% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $264K, was in salary.
Lillian Etzkorn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $494K in 2018.
Gary DeThomas, Vice President Corporate Controller, received $418K in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
Shiloh Industries' fiscal year ends on October 31.
