SMTC reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 26, 2020.
In 2019, three SMTC executives received on average a compensation package of $615K, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at SMTC
Edward Smith, Chief Executive Officer, received $674K in total, which increased by 32% compared to 2018. 52% of Smith's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Smith also received $237K in option awards and $87K in stock awards.
Richard Fitzgerald, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $600K, which increased by 71% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $323K, was in salary.
Steven M. Waszak, Chief Financial Officer, earned $573K in 2019, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
SMTC's fiscal year ends on December 27.
