Systemax reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 22, 2020.
In 2019, nine Systemax executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 77% increase compared to previous year.
Barry Litwin, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total. 24% of Litwin's compensation, or $970K, was in option awards. Litwin also received $614K in bonus, $902K in non-equity incentive plan, $793K in salary, $700K in stock awards, as well as $128K in other compensation.
Lawrence Reinhold, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 181% compared to previous year. 86% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in other compensation.
Robert Dooley, President, Industrial Products Group, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Lerner, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2019.
Thomas Clark, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 95% increase compared to previous year.
Manoj Shetty, Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, received $1.2M in 2019.
Richard Leeds, Chairman, earned $980K in 2019, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Bruce Leeds, Chairman, received $980K in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
Robert Leeds, Chairman, earned $980K in 2019, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
