TechTarget reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 21, 2021.
In 2020, four TechTarget executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Cotoia, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 88% of Cotoia's compensation, or $5.7M, was in stock awards. Cotoia also received $145K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $69,978 at TechTarget. Therefore, the ratio of Michael Cotoia's pay to the median employee pay was 93 to one.
Don Hawk, Executive Director, Product Innovation, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Daniel T. Noreck, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2020, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Greg Strakosch, Chairman, received $1M in 2020, which decreases by 70% compared to 2019.
